Shipping policy

Your products will be delivered within Germany via DPD. Unfortunately, shipping to other countries is not possible at the moment. As soon as this changes, we will let you know.

Shipping Costs

• Orders of €30 or more qualify for free shipping.
• For orders under €30, the shipping costs within Germany are €4.95.

Delivery times

All items available in our warehouse will be dispatched within two business days after payment has been received. For items that are not available, the estimated delivery times will be displayed on the respective product pages.

We always strive to keep all products in stock. However, despite our best efforts, stock shortages or delivery delays from our suppliers may occur. In such cases, we will contact you via email to find a suitable solution for you.

All shipments come with a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation.
